PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapid infection inspection method with high sensitivity that improves versatility as on-site measurement and an inspection platform by rapidly detecting a very small amount of infectious disease-related substance in humor. SOLUTION: A rapid infection inspecting apparatus, the rapid infection inspection method, and micro fabrication for rapidly inspecting infection comprise: one or a plurality of specimen retaining sections for retaining the humor; a narrow channel flowing out of the specimen retaining section; micro fabrication having a recovery section for recovering liquid from the channel; a laser irradiating apparatus for irradiating channel laser beams in the micro fabrication; and a light receiving apparatus on a base. The width of the channel is smaller than the diameter of laser luminous flux that is transmitted through the channel, thus detecting foreign objects in the humor, hence rapidly detecting a very small amount of pathogen related substance in the humor with high sensitivity.
