PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement preventing one-touch stopper which is formed of an elevating device and an locking device, and attached to a rolling tower. SOLUTION: The rolling tower 1 has a caster 2 to which a stopper 3 consisting of the elevating device 4 and the locking device 5 is attached. The elevating device 4 is formed of a bearing body 7 and an activation lever 9 and a lock lever 16 which are rotatably mounted on the bearing body 7, and the activation lever 9 can be locked when the caster 2 is raised. The locking device 5 is formed by connecting one end of a wire 23 to a locking piece 21 and the other end to an operating lever 27, moving the operating lever 27 rightward and leftward to rotate the locking piece 21, and thus the locking device 5 is lockable with the activation lever 9.
