PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall panel mounting structure which prevents separation of tiles stuck to an outer wall surface and damage of an outer wall panel surface, and is constructed in a simple manner and at a low cost, and to provide an outer wall panel mounting fixture. SOLUTION: The outer wall panel mounting fixture is formed of a bolt member 6, a support fixture 14 having a through hole in which the bolt member 6 is penetrated, and a zigzag cross-section fastening plate 13 having a slot 13a. The support fixture 14 includes a plate portion and a protrusion protruding from the plate portion, and the through hole thereof penetrates the protrusion. Further the plate portion is larger than the width dimension of the slot 13a, and the protrusion is fitted into the slot 13a in a manner movable therein in a lengthwise direction. Preferably the protrusion of the support fixture 14 and the slot 13a of the fastening plate 13 have dimensions that enable smooth relative movement between the support fixture 14 and the fixing plate 13.
