PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a setscrew for a thermal insulating board coping with changes of the thickness of a thermal insulating material without trouble. SOLUTION: In the setscrew used for fixing the heat insulating boards 6, in which the heat insulating material 7 is laminated on a rigid face material 8, to the columns 9 and studs 10 of a building structural material, the setscrew is constituted so that screw sections 4 for screwing nuts are formed among screw head sections 2 and screw sections 3, to which spiral screws on the front-end sides are formed, and double nuts 5 are screwed to the screw sections 4 for screwing the nuts or sleeves 16 are inserted among the screw head sections 2 and the screw sections 4.
