摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a hot-dip metal-plated steel sheet superior in a surface quality, in plating with a multicomponent metal having a wide range of a solidification temperature. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the steel sheet hot-dipped with the multicomponent metal, by immersing and plating a cold-rolled and annealed steel sheet into a hot-dipping bath containing several metals (preferably Zn-Al-Mg), and then gas-cooling it by spouting a coolant gas onto the surface of the steel sheet, this manufacturing method is characterized by controlling a temperature of the steel sheet in a cooling zone of an inlet side for gas-cooling, to temperatures of 5°C or higher than the solidification starting temperature of a hot-dipped film, or of 5°C lower than the solidification starting temperature.
