PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oral cavity composition for dentinal hyperesthesia, markedly excellent in instant and continuous effectiveness for the prevention and treatment of the hyperesthesia, and also having a good blending stability and use feeling. SOLUTION: This oral cavity composition for the dentinal hyperesthesia contains (A) a hydroxy-2-pyridone derivative or its salt, (B) a water soluble aluminum salt and (C) a water soluble potassium salt.
