PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for continuously manufacturing artificial zeolite which is remarkably simplified in spite of a continuous type, in which the operation, the conservation, the maintenance and the inspection are facilitated, the operation cost is reduced and the lag of particles corresponding to the particle diameter is well controlled to manufacture high quality artificial zeolite. SOLUTION: A box type or drum type reactor is included as a main part, the inside of the reactor is formed from many partition plates in the vertical direction to leave an upper and lower passage, and the reactor apparatus with a long flow passage meandering up and down formed is arranged. Slurry before and after the reaction are heat-exchanged in a countercurrent type heat exchanger to be rapidly cooled. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
