PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet cutting processing device capable of making the most of sheet chipping storage performance of a chipping box, by depositing sheet chippings from a deep bottom in the chipping box so as to leave no space. SOLUTION: The chipping box 100 is disposed to make a throw-in port 102 face a lower part of a cutter 82 for cutting a sheet. A controlling plate 110 guiding the sheet chippings generated when cutting the sheet in a width direction by the cutter 82 to have flying positions generally parallel with the deep bottom surface 116 of the chipping box 100, and to fly along a flying path arriving at the deep bottom surface 116 of the chipping box 100 is disposed. When the sheet is cut in the width direction by the cutter 82, the sheet chippings are suspended from a cut tip end portion side and successively put on the controlling plate 110 to have the flying position generally parallel with the deep bottom surface of the chipping box 100. The sheet chippings are guided by the controlling plate 110 so as to arrive at the deep bottom surface side along the flying path getting to the deep bottom surface of the chipping box 100 from the throw-in port 102, and successively piled leaving no space and deposited to the brim.
