PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating cover that makes it possible to keep drinking water in a PET bottle cold for a long time and keep a lunch warm for a long time in a cold season. SOLUTION: Cold insulator is disposed within a cover for a PET bottle in order to enhance cold insulation effect.
