PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated structural plate for furniture in which environment is taken into consideration and handling is not changed from a conventional veneer plywood. SOLUTION: In the laminated structural plate for furniture, for example, used as a constitutional base material of a back board of a chair, a hardboard 13 is used as a core, and the first veneer plywood 14 is stuck on the surface of the hardboard 13 and the second veneer plywood 15 is stuck on the back surface. In the first veneer plywood 14, the thin sheet is formed into approximately the same thickness as that of the hardboard 13, and the second veneer plywood 15 is formed thinner than the hardboard 13. It is possible thereby to manufacture the furniture such as the chair in which the environment is taken into consideration, and to obtain the laminated structural plate which is easily molded and on which a caulking nut 17 is easily mounted.
