PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting blade device for a cutting machine which keeps a cutting blade per se constructed to be small and lightweight, portable and handleable, enables the re-polishing of the cutting blade, replacement and mounting work or the like to be performed quickly and efficiently, has an excellent handiness, simple construction, the high safety, a scarce vain use of the material and an excellent economy as the cost can be reduced. SOLUTION: A holder B which is detachably fixed to the lower side of the back side in a blade plate C and protrudes downwardly from the lower end of the blade plate C and a cutting blade A which is detachably fixed to the lower side of the back side in a holder B and protrudes downwardly from the lower end of the holder B are provided. The cutting blade A comprises a blade base A1 and a cutting tip A2 made of a cemented carbide or a high-speed steel which is fixed to a cutout stepped section 1, a holder mounting screw 16 can be inserted into a mounting hole 15 in the blade plate C from the front side to be screwed into a tapped hole 7 in the holder B.
