PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposer for biodegrading garbage by fluidizing bacteria media themselves by slugging phenomena, which can solve the problem that a screw agitation can not fully agitate an adsorbing agent which has adsorbed bacteria media and garbage in the lower part of a degradation tank wherein the agitation reaction is accelerated by physically and mechanically agitating the adsorbing agent and the garbage, and can control the biodegradation rate and evaporation of water by adjusting temperature and air. SOLUTION: The garbage disposer using the aerobic bacteria media is constituted so that diffusing the bacteria adsorption media in the degradation reaction tank, carrying out the biodegradation of the garbage in the bacteria media by rotating the media with a screw or the like, and also improving diffusion and evaporating water(H2O) generated from the garbage. And, air is circulated in the bottom part of the degradation tank and a pressurized air is passed through a double layer consisting of boards with a plurality of small holes to fluidize the bacteria adsorption media from the lower part of the holes.
