PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerating tire which realizes a stable and reliable accelerating function. SOLUTION: The accelerating tire 16C is equipped with an accelerating means 60. The means 60 has a train of planet gears which comprise sun gears 64 provided in the center of the rotation of a scraping member 16B (a rotated body), a plurality of planet gears 67 engaged with the sun gears 64 while attached pivotally to the tire 16C and revolving around the sun gears 64, and an internal gear 72 engaged with each planet gear 67 while fixed to the side of a frame 15.
