PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a poultry house improving both the rearing environment for chickens and the working environment for an operator and producing high-quality eggs and to provide a method for poultry farming using the poultry house. SOLUTION: The poultry house comprises a plurality of rearing chambers having a netlike wall installed by surrounding the periphery of an earthen floor and nest boxes for egg laying provided in a part of the netlike wall, rearing the plurality of chickens and arranged side by side. The upper part is covered with a roof part. In the poultry house, each stock yard making the chickens enter and leave through an openable and closable door part formed in the netlike wall from each rearing chamber and having the periphery surrounded with the netlike wall with the opened upper part is installed on the outside of the rearing chamber. In the method for poultry farming using the poultry house, each perch regulating the vertical positions is installed in each rearing chamber and the height of the perch is gradually increased according to the height for holding the chickens.
