<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a light-weight foam block which is reduced in cost by remarkably decreasing the number of forms and in which a separation of a material, a separation of an aggregate and clogging with cement component or the like in foam in the aggregates are prevented without a deformation or a collapse of the aggregate such as a foamed material or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the light-weight foam block includes the steps of filling a porous stiff consistency concrete (1) obtained by kneading the aggregate (2) containing a resin foamed material and/or a light weight and porous structure inorganic material, a cement, water and an admixture as main components in a form (5), molding the block (3) by adding a vibration to the foam and compacting the concrete, releasing the block from the form and then curing the block. The vibration is preferably applied while a pressure of 0.98 to 39.2 kPa is applied to the concrete. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
