PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk capable of raising the amount of reflected light from reflective layers of the multilayers in an optical disk having multilayered structure having reflective layers of two or more layers.

SOLUTION: The optical disk having the multilayered structure provided with a first reflective layer 12 having reflecting and transmitting functions of light and a second reflective layer 15 having only the reflecting function of light is provided with a transparent dielectric layer 13 which is arranged to be adjacent to the first reflective layer 12 and which gives multiplex interference effect to a light beam irradiating the layer 13.
