<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording liquid comprising aqueous dispersion of a fine organic pigment which has excellent dispersion stability, high water resistance and high light resistance. <P>SOLUTION: In an aqueous dispersion prepared by dispersing a fine organic pigment in an aqueous medium using a dispersion aid, the organic pigment is treated with an acidic aqueous solution after pulverization, whereby various ingredients making dispersion instable which are adsorbed on the surface of the pigment in the organic pigment production process can be removed; dispersion stability of an aqueous dispersion of a pigment is found to be improved particularly by removing magnesium in the pigment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
