<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press-molded solid matter which is easily handled and is suppressed or prevented from the occurrence of cracks and splittings in its storage, use, and handling or a press-molded solid matter which contains a shaped matter therein and is suppressed or prevented from the occurrence of cracks and splittings in its handling. <P>SOLUTION: The press-molded solid matter is a detergent, a perfuming agent, a deodorant, a bleacher, a sliminess remover, a water quality improver, a sludge improver, a bait to be scattered, a fertilizer, or a solid cosmetic and is prepared by mixing a powdery material with a liquid material containing PEG having an average mol.wt. of 500-3,700 and fluidized with a solvent containing DPG and/or 1,3-butylene glycol and press-molding the resultant water-soluble wet powder under a pressure of 0.5-10 kgf/cm<SP>2</SP>or by burying a shaped matter in the water-soluble wet powder followed by press-molding under a pressure of 0.5-10 kgf/cm<SP>2</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
