PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program execution device for appropriately deciding the order of task execution and executing tasks according to the decided execution order. SOLUTION: The program execution device decides the order of the execution of a plurality of tasks to be completed before a determined completion target time and executes the individual tasks. To the individual tasks, a plurality of kinds of priorities having hierarchical relations are allocated. The program execution device is provided with: a storage means storing an identifier for identifying the task at a position on a memory space determined on the basis of a plurality of kinds of the priorities allocated to the task for each generated task; a reception means for receiving a plurality of kinds of the priorities allocated to a newly generated task and the identifier for identifying the task; and a write means for writing the received identifier to the position on the memory space determined on the basis of a plurality of kinds of the received priorities in the storage means.
