PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping structure of a heating system for preventing water in an expansion tank from increasing its temperature by constantly replacing the water in the expansion tank with hot water in a piping system, and preventing generation of algae in using especially as underground piping at low cost. SOLUTION: The piping structure 1 of the heating system is provided with a hot water boiler 3, a circulation pump 4 connected with the hot water boiler, a first main pipe 5 for supply connected to the circulation pump 4, a radiation pipe 7 branched from the first main pipe 5, a second main pipe 9 for return connected between the radiation pipe 7 and the hot water boiler 3, and an open type expansion tank 10 arranged above the second main pipe 9 for absorbing a volume expansion of hot water. A part of a connection pipe 12 for linking the second main pipe 9 and the expansion tank 10 is lowered from a connection part of the second main pipe at once and is connected to the expansion tank so as to be lower than the second main pipe 12.
