PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house with a carport which excels in convenience and design property, and improves securities and amenity. SOLUTION: A carport space K is provided directly below an upper story of a building having the upper and the lower stories. A part of the exterior wall of the upper story above the carport space K is formed to be an overhanging exterior wall 5. A part of the exterior wall of the lower story corresponding to the overhanging exterior wall 5 is formed to be a recessed exterior wall 4. An entrance 40a is provided with the first entrance door 40 next to the carport space K, and an access way 34 is provided between the entrance 40a and the carport space K.
