PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable dyke control system for controlling opening-closing of a movable dyke by predicting a water level change in the sea and a river. SOLUTION: This movable dyke control system is characterized by having a meteorological simulation computer 11 for predicting an inside or outside water level of the movable dyke based on inputted meteorological data in response to the lapse of a time, a display part 13 for displaying-outputting predictive data, an operation part 12 for inputting indication of opening or closing a movable tide embankment 31 and an opening-closing control computer 14 for outputting a control signal for controlling opening-closing of the movable tide embankment 31 according to the indication.
