PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin particle dispersion for an adhesive and resin particles for an adhesive, both excellent in adhesive power and resistance to water and solvents. SOLUTION: The resin particle dispersion for an adhesive comprises an aqueous resin particle dispersion containing a resin prepared by neutralizing at least a part of carboxy groups of (A) a crystalline polyester resin having alkyl groups and/or alkenyl groups and carboxy groups with a basic compound and an aqueous resin particle dispersion containing (B) a polyurethane polyurea resin. The resin particles for an adhesive comprises resin particles containing, as an essential ingredient, (A) a crystalline polyester resin containing alkyl groups and/or alkenyl groups and carboxy groups and/or a resin prepared by neutralizing at least a part of carboxy groups of the polyester resin (A) with a basic compound and resin particles containing, as an essential ingredient, (B) a polyurethane polyurea resin.
