PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably demonstrate a crush stroke reduction preventive function in emergency when fitting an actuator of an anti-skid device to a structural member in an engine room. SOLUTION: In an actuator fitting structure of an anti-skid device, an actuator 1 of the anti-slid device is fitted to a structural member 3 of a vehicle body via a bracket 60. The bracket 60 is fixed to the structural member 3 by a first fixing member 8 on the front side of the vehicle body and a second fixing member on the rear side of the vehicle body, and the bracket 60 has a deformation permitting means to permit deformation between the first fixing member 8 and the second fixing member 9 in the structural member 3 when pressure in the longitudinal direction of not less than a predetermined value is applied to the structural member 3.
