PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rain-cover air curtain device for allowing a person to get in/out a vehicle and preventing pedestrians from being wet when getting in/out the vehicle on a rainy or snowy day. SOLUTION: A nozzle 1 to supply air extensively in the width direction by a fan is provided on a door 2 at a vehicle doorway 5 of a vehicle, and the supplying direction of the nozzle 1 is set to be a direction for blowing rain from the vehicle doorway 5. The nozzle 1 may be arranged along the upper edge of an upper frame of a sash 3 of the door 2, power may be supplied to a power source circuit of the fan in an interlocking manner with the operation of a door switch, the power source circuit of the fan may be connected to a rain sensor circuit in an opening/closing manner, or a large number of rectifying plates to set the horizontal air supply direction may be arranged in a rectangular air outlet of the nozzle. An upper frame and a rain-cover visor of a glass sash of the door may also be used for the nozzle. The nozzle may be adequately turned around the axis. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
