PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a battery and an air tank capable of commonalizing loading layout and increasing and decreasing the number of air tanks easily. SOLUTION: This mounting structure of the battery and the air tank is provided with a support part 13 attached to a chassis frame 1 of a vehicle, the battery 7 loaded in the support part 13, and two air tanks 10 arranged on both sides of the support part 13 so as to nip the battery 7 from both sides along the direction of extension of the chassis frame 1. One or more other air tanks 10 can be added to a lower part of the support part 13 in accordance with required number of the air tanks 10. Consequently, the number of air tanks can be easily increased and reduced, and the same support part 13 can be used even when configuration and type of the vehicle are changed to commonalize loading layout and reduce manufacturing cost owing to this configuration.
