PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind direction adjustment device reducing the number of parts by commonly using a shutter valve with a rear louver. SOLUTION: A plurality of front louvers 3 by interlocking with each other and turnable are provided in an air blowing out port 2b for blowing out air into a cabin. The shutter valve 10 co-used for shielding of air circulated in a case 1a and wind direction adjustment of air blown out from the air blowing out port 2b is closably in the case 1a connected to the air blowing port 2b in a direction crossing the front louver 3. An enlarged part 1d for smoothing flowing out of the air of which the wind direction is adjusted by the shutter valve 10 is formed on the air blowing out port 2b. Thereby, since the wind direction adjustment of the air blown out from the air blowing out port 2b can be carried out only by the front louver 3 and the shutter valve 10, Reduction of the number of parts and reduction of the cost accompanying this are realized.
