PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester manufactured by loading a grain tank on the frame, disposing a discharging auger directed from the rear side of the frame to the front side and disposing an operator cab in the front of the grain tank, which can reduce noises at the ears of the operator during his operation. SOLUTION: A sound-absorbing material is mounted on a portion corresponding to the peripheries of the ears of an operator on the side of the intermediate portion of a discharging auger. Further, a sound-absorbing material is also mounted on a portion corresponding to the peripheries of the ears of an operator above the front side of the discharging auger. The sound-absorbing materials placed in the neighborhoods of the ears of the operator absorb a part of the large noises of the machine frame to prevent the reflection of the noises. The operator is released from the large noises at the ears of the operator on the work, and the environment of the work can be improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
