PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incoming call notice system designation system which can suitably receive an incoming call, while setting to the notice system according to the location, time and so on are always transparent to the user as a signal receiver. SOLUTION: When making a call at a transmitter terminal 1, the user enters a telephone number and then designation of an incoming-call notice system at a receiver terminal. For example, when the user designates a silent incoming-call notice system such as vibration signal reception, the incoming signal is notified at the receiver terminal 2 to the user by vibration. Consequently, even when the receiver forgets to set to a silent mode, he can receive the signal without causing inconvenience to others. The incoming signal notice is controlled according to a standard time of the incoming signal specified based on the positional information of the receiver terminal 2. Thus, when the receiver is present abroad with a time zone difference, the user designates an incoming signal notice system emitting a sound, and prevents such a situation that causes the receiver to be awakened when sleeping.
