PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser for inspecting and manufacturing a biochip by speedily and accurately sticking various liquid samples. SOLUTION: The dispenser comprises a liquid discharging means (12) for discharging liquid and an identification information carrying means (200) for carrying identification information for identifying liquid so that it can be read. According to this configuration, it can be identified which liquid is discharged from the dispenser by recognizing the identification information. Especially, a microdispenser used for inspecting and manufacturing the biochip temporarily uses various macromolecular materials. By applying to the inspection and manufacture of the biochip, the liquid of each microdispenser can be identified and discharged, thus reliably and accurately discharging an appropriate liquid.
