PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of easily and rapidly carrying out the adjustment of a blowing amount of air blown out into a chamber. SOLUTION: In the air conditioner, an inner chamber 4 is stored in an outer chamber 2 and an air taking-in duct 6 is connected to the inner chamber while penetrating the outer chamber 2. An air guide box 8 is mounted to the lower surface of the inner chamber while penetrating the outer chamber 2 and an air blowing instrument is installed in the air guide box 8. A box-like damper 14 sliding on the inner chamber 4 and capable of adjusting the opening of an opening 6a of the air taking-in duct 6 by operating a grip 14d of which the lower end is positioned in the air blowing instrument 9 is provided in the inner chamber 4.
