An excitation voltage waveform is allowed to approach a sine-waveform when a rotor is rotated to change over the magnetic pole of a magnet facing each tooth. Provided are a plurality of magnetic pole units (45a and 45b) arranged in an almost circular shape to face a plurality of teeth (61) being disposed in an almost circular shape along a rotation axis direction (BO) and across a gap, and a plurality of inter-magnetic-pole units (45c) that extend in a peripheral direction from respective adjacent magnetic pole units in the magnetic pole units (45a and 45b) and have teeth facing surfaces recessed along the rotation axis direction (BO) below surfaces facing the teeth (61) of the magnetic pole units (45a and 45b), the plurality of magnetic pole units (45a, 45b) and the plurality of inter-magnetic-pole units (45c) being formed in one piece.
