PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of personal information of a card owner recorded in an IC card under environment where various kinds of service are enjoyed by utilizing recorded information of the IC card by using an information processor.

SOLUTION: A control part 7 performs processing for recognizing attachment/detachment of an IC card 3 to a reader/writer 2 and processing for deleting all pieces of the personal information in the IC card 3 stored in a storage part (hard disk) 6 of the information processor 1 when the detachment of the IC card 3 from the reader/writer 2 is recognized. Thus, leakage of the personal information of a user to a third party is evaded.
