<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge incinerating method and a sludge incinerating equipment using a fluidized incinerator for surely, efficiently and economically incinerating the sludge such as sewage sludge wherein the solid carbon content per each combustibles is small. <P>SOLUTION: The fluidized incinerator 1 for incinerating the sludge M, while making the sludge M flow with a fluidized layer 5, is provided, and this fluidized incinerator 1 is provided with a supply means 12 for supplying the solid combustibles P, and the sludge M is supplied to the fluidized incinerator 1 for incineration, while making the sludge M flow.
