<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production device for tile flooring of a set of two tiles overlapping the faces or the backs each other excellent in productivity and having high yield rate without falling off in the middle of turning around. <P>SOLUTION: A continuous production device of a set of tile floorings overlaps the backs or the faces of two tile floorings (1) each other. In order to move the tile floorings (1) from a first transportation way (11) to a second transportation way (12) by turning the same surfaces upward, the tile floorings (1) are turned over on every other tile without interfering with each other by a carpet inversion means (15) set on the way successively transported in one direction at a required interval. The inversion is detected by a detection means (19) for detecting a passage of the tile floorings on every other tile transported on the first transportation way (11), after one of the preceding tile floorings (1) detected by the detection means (19) has been turned over with the carpet inversion means (19), the driving of the inversion means (19) is temporarily stopped, and after the other following tile of the tile floorings (1) has been moved from the first transportation way (11) to the second transportation way (12) without turning over it, the rotational drive of the carpet inversion means (15) is restarted to carry out continuous production. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
