HEAT DISSIPATING SHEET AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipating sheet which generates little volatile substances and can be used in sealed place and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The heat dissipating sheet is a polyolefin elastomer sheet blended with a thermally conductive filler. The amount of organic volatile gas generated from the sheet is within the range from 10 to 1000μg/cm2per unit surface area, that of corrosive volatile gas is 10μg/cm2or less per unit surface area and thermal conductivity of the sheet is within the range from 0.5 to 20W/m×K. The heat dissipating sheet (1) is stuck on a removable base film so that it can be removed by a unit and covered with a removable cover film (3) which has notches (4). The base film (2) is much more removable than the cover film (3) whose size per unit is larger than the dissipating sheet (1). COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
