PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the assembly structure of an electronic controller in which a case 40A is easily assembled to a bracket 20. SOLUTION: In the case 40A, a guide 101 is composed of a side face 102 projected from the side face 43 in a rectangular shape, and extended in a vertical direction and an inclined surface 103 assembled with the corner 22a of a bracket hook 22. Then, at the time of pressing the case 40A to the side of the bottom part 21 of the bracket 20, since the guide 101 guide projection parts 43a, 43b, 44a and 44b respectively into holes 230-260, the projection parts 42a, 43a, 43b, 44a and 44b are respectively fitted into the holes 220-260 easily.
