PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an oily mascara excellent in waterproof property, sebum resistance and oil resistance, having a high membrane strength and adhering property, excellent in curling power and using property (smoothness) and capable of being removed by usual cleansing. SOLUTION: This oily mascara contains a solid state alkylmethylsiloxane, an oil soluble resin, and a vaporizable liquid oil. It is preferable to formulate that the total amount of the solid state alkylmethylsiloxane is 1.0-50.0 wt. %, the total amount of the oil soluble resin is 1.0-50.0 wt. % based on the solid portion, and the total amount of the vaporizable liquid oil is 1.0-90.0 wt. %.
