PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing plate which enables solder paste to transmit through and is excellent in releasability of the paste from the plate by securing rolling ability of the paste on a squeegee surface by a screen mesh and removing the screen mesh on a printed image part. SOLUTION: The screen printing plate consists of a metallic plate (1) and the screen mesh (2) which are joined on their faces and unified. The printed image part (3) is an aperture where both the metallic plate (1) and the mesh (2) are bored into the same shape on their joining faces to be a gap. The entire surface or part of the plate except the bored portion on the side of the screen mesh is covered with a resin layer (4). COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
