PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film, a laminated film for protection film, a laminated film for cover tape and a laminated film for transferring foil, which fulfill high level antistatic property without humidity dependency, are excellent in transparency, water resistance and scraping resistance, and a protection film, a cover tape and a carrier package using the same. SOLUTION: The laminated film is composed of a thermoplastic resin film and a built-up layer, which is built up on at least one side of the thermoplastic film and contains a composition (A) and a crosslinking agent (B) in an amount of 50 weight % or more, wherein the composition (A) comprises polythiophene and a poly anion or a polythiophene derivative and a poly anion, and the built-up layer has a sea-island structure in which the crosslinking agent (B) is scattered in the composition (A). A manufacturing process of the laminated film consists of applying a coating liquid which contains the composition (A) and the crosslinking agent (B) on at least one side of the thermoplastic film and heat-treating it after drying and extending, wherein the coating liquid contains 10 to 85 weight % of the crosslinking agent.
