PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curvature adjustable surface plate for a mold form which can change the curvature of the surface plate in many kinds by the deformation of a surface member along a curved ruler surface when by constitution for attracting the surface member to the curved ruler surface of a ruler side plate to set its curvature, a plurality of the ruler side plates different in the curvature of the ruler surface are prepared, and the ruler side plates are replaced and used. SOLUTION: The surface member 2 which is formed from a plate and can change curvature, the ruler side plate 6 which is fitted to a base 3 in parallel with the front edge 2a and rear edge 2b of the surface member 2 by a attachment detachment means 4 and makes the upper edge touching the surface member 2 the curved ruler surface 5, and an attraction means 7 which attracts the surface member 2 to the curved ruler surface 5 of the ruler side plate 6 and curves the surface member 2 in a necessary curvature are provided.
