<p>A protective device for protecting cylindrical bodies, in particular gas cylinders, pipes, containers and the like. The device consists of an essentially ring-shaped body having a break and that the body is surrounded by a shock-absorbing and noise-reducing coating. The device is sell-fixing on the article, reusable and protects the articles from wear. At the same time the device prevents impact noise between the articles. A method for manufacture of the protective device is also described.</p> |
