摘要 PURPOSE: A method for managing a voice message in a mobile communication terminal is provided so that a user confirms the voice message without connecting to a voice mail box of a communication service provider by recording the voice message of a caller in a storing medium of the mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication terminal checks a time required until a user senses a call received from an object and makes a call with the object(S11-S14). If the user does not make a call with the object, the mobile communication terminal transmits a guidance message to the object for inquiring whether the object leaves a voice message(S21-S23). If the object leaves the voice message according to the instruction of the guidance message, the mobile communication terminal stores the voice message in a memory(S31-S33). The mobile communication terminal checks whether the usable capacity of the memory is less than certain capacity(S40). If the usable capacity of the memory is less than the certain capacity, the mobile communication terminal transmits a warning message to the object for warning that the capacity of the memory is insufficient(S50). If a lapse time after the short message is transmitted to the object exceeds a certain time, the mobile communication terminal stores the voice message(S61-S63).
