METHOD FOR IMPLEMENTING CONCEPT LEARNING USING DNA MOLECULE

PURPOSE: A method for implementing a concept learning using a DNA molecule is provided to implement a concept learning using a version space effectively using a DNA computing. CONSTITUTION: A DNA corresponded to each attribute value which constitutes a hypothesis and an instance is devised. The DNA which displays the devised attribute value is ligated discretionarily, and an initial total hypothesis space is created. Only consistent hypotheses are updated and maintained to learning data inputted from the created initial total hypothesis space, and a version space is updated. In addition, the updates is repeated, and a concept is deduced. It is judged whether the deduced concept is possessed in the corresponding concept.
