PURPOSE: A sealing device for a water pump bearing is provided to improve endurance of the water pump bearing by preventing impurities or humidity from penetrating into the water pump bearing. CONSTITUTION: A sealing device for a water pump bearing includes an inner wheel(22) and an outer wheel(24). A plurality of sliding members(26) is aligned between the inner wheel(22) and the outer wheel(24). The plurality of sliding members(26) is spaced from each other by means of retainers(28) surrounding the sliding members(26). A sealing seal(30) is coupled to a space section formed between the inner wheel(22) and the outer wheel(24) in order to prevent impurities from penetrating into the space section. A strip(24a) is provided at an inner peripheral portion of the outer wheel(24).
