PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing a compressor of a cooler is provided to prevent corrosion of a fixing bolt due to moisture in a base plate by placing a transformed part for fixing the fixing bolt on an outside of the base plate. CONSTITUTION: A fixing bolt(30) includes a body part(31) to which a compressor(20) is coupled; a transformed part(33) extended downward from a lower end of the body part to pass a penetrating hole of a base plate(10), and pressed and fixed to a lower side of the base plate by transformation in which a circumference thereof is expanded through pressure forming; and a fixing part(34) formed on a boundary between the body part and the transformed part to be larger than a diameter of the penetrating hole so as to be fixed to an upper side of the base plate when the transformed part is inserted from an upper part of the base plate to the penetrating hole. Moisture on the upper part of the base plate is prevented thereby from infiltrating to an outer surface of the transformed part damaged by pressure forming, and corrosion of the transformed part due to moisture is minimized as the outer surface of the transformed part placed on a lower part of the base plate is transformed.
