PURPOSE: A device for producing a red ginseng by using steaming is provided to improve safety and to keep the quality of the red ginseng uniform. CONSTITUTION: A device for producing a red ginseng is composed of a main body(10) containing an insulation plate(12) and having a fan(16) and a heater(60), a heating vessel(20) placed on the insulation plate and having a heating plate(22), a first conical condensing vessel(30) placed on the top of the heating vessel and having packings(32,34), a second funnel-shaped condensing vessel(40) placed on the top of the first condensing vessel, a porous vessel(50) detachably inserted into the heating vessel, and a control unit. The control unit has a control panel(70) installed at the main body, and operates the fan and the heater.
