PURPOSE: A device for preventing displacement of a brake pedal is provided to reduce driver's injured degree by preventing movement of a pedal arm by a push rod pushed toward the room of a vehicle in case of a collision. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing displacement of a brake pedal comprises a housing(24) having first and second through holes(24a,24b) each connected to the front and the rear at a part of connecting a push rod(16) of a brake booster and a pedal arm(20); a fork part(16a) integrally formed to one end of the push rod; an extension part(26a) of a crevice(26) combined to the pedal arm; and a load transmission and cutoff mechanism(22) comprising a rotating arm(28) coming in contact with the fork part. The fork part moves into the housing through the first through hole of the housing. The extension part of the crevice moves into the housing through the second through hole of the housing. The load transmission and cutoff mechanism elastically rotates on the extension part.
