ALUMINUM SLAG COOLING DEVICE

PURPOSE: An aluminum slag cooling device is provided which improves cooling efficiency by reducing size of aluminum slag lump passing through the aluminum slag cooling device. CONSTITUTION: The aluminum slag cooling device(100) comprises a tank part(10) which is formed in a cylindrical shape as a whole and rotatable in a forward or reverse direction by motor; an outer tank part(20) which covers the tank part with being spaced apart from the tank part, and an upper surface of which is opened; a cooling water spouting part(30) which is positioned on an upper surface of the tank part, and by which cooling water is supplied to be gathered in a space between the outer tank part and the tank part; a plural projecting plates which are positioned on an inner part of the tank part and projected from an inner surface to central part of the tank part so that connected shape of the projecting plates is spirally projected on an inner surface of the tank part; and an impeller part which is fixed to an one end of the tank part and consisted of a bottom plate and a bent plate bent for the bottom plate to transfer aluminum slag to dust collector by moving aluminum slag positioned on the bottom of the tank part adjacently to central line of the tank part when the tank part is rotated.
