PURPOSE: Provided is a culturing method of mushrooms by adding to a medium, an aqueous solution containing 0.001wt.%-1wt.% of silver and granulating the medium with inoculating an inoculant. Therefore, fermentation and sterilization processes are eliminated to shorten the time for culturing mushrooms. CONSTITUTION: A culturing method of mushrooms comprises adding to a medium an aqueous solution made of dispersed 0.001wt.%-1wt.% of silver and granulating the medium with inoculating an inoculant. |
